What size bottles can I get delivered?

We currently deliver 5 and 3 gallon bottles, case goods, salt, and cups.

Why do my delivery days change?

When Quality Water Services closes for a holiday, your normal delivery day moves accordingly. This is what we call Holiday Sliding Schedule. We will provide you with a delivery schedule calendar every year in January.  If you need a new copy, please icon_sm_phone.gifcontact Teri Woodman at 580-762-7555. We recommend adding to your quantity the delivery before the holiday shift.

How often can we be delivered to?

Most of our customers only need one delivery every 2 weeks. However, we are generally able to deliver more often for instance every 1 weeks and even same day on some occasions. Business accounts may vary bases on needs. Salt accounts are delivered every 4 weeks.

What if I forget to leave my bottles out?

Your route salesman will not leave new bottles without empty bottles left out unless otherwise instructed. He will assume you do not need water at that point.

What do I do if my cooler is leaking?

It is rare that a cooler actually leaks. Normally there is a very small hole in the bottle and it overfills the cooler. Remove the bottle; drain the cooler (tip the cooler to drain out interior of cabinet). Replace with a new bottle and observe to see if it continues. If it continues, give us a call.

What do I do if my spigot is dripping?

Generally the screw under the flipper is loose. Tightening should stop the drip.

What do I do if my new cooler is not cooling/heating the water?

First check to ensure there is electricity to the unit. If not cooling, there is a thermostat on the back grill. Turn slightly to the right and listen for the compressor to start. If the cooler has a hot side, check the back to be sure the on/off switch is on.

What do I do if the water in my bottle is hot to touch or is boiling in the bottle?

Immediately unplug and call the office.

How is Quality Water Services water processed?

Just Squeezed® and Cowboy Springs® bottled water originates from local treated municipal water supplies. As an International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) member using a municipal water source, we employ processing methods such as carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, micron filtration, distillation, deionization, and ozonation to remove chemical and microbiological contaminants, including Cryptosporidium. We use a variety of practices and employ outside independent laboratories to ensure the safety and high quality of our products.

First, multiple stages of filtration is used. This includes carbon filtration, micron filtration, and particulate filtration to remove sediment and suspended particles. The water is then softened and directed through an Active Carbon filter process to remove all chlorine.

Next, double pass reverse osmosis, a process that removes nearly all of the salts or minerals in the source water is used. It works by forcing the water through a semi-permeable membrane twice (the water passes through but the minerals do not).

We use ozone as a form of sanitation for all of our bottled water products. We use ozone instead of chlorine as a sanitizer because it leaves no residual taste or odor. Ozone is oxygen (O3 to be exact) which is bubbled through the water just before it goes into a clean, sanitized bottle. Within a few hours after the bottle has been filled and capped, the ozone dissipates or converts back to the same form of oxygen that we breathe (O2).
