ROUTE DRIVER OPENING IN STILLWATER, OK

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of Bottled Water, Salt, Cups, ESIO & Sqwincher Products as well as constant growth of the route by soliciting and setting a minimum number of new customers monthly.
• Manage 20 Routes with a high level of customer contact including delivery, route scheduling, handheld computer and printouts, route changes, timed stops, wills calls, follow-up phone calls & establishing service work with office on rented equipment.
• Sales skills and technique will be taught. Must have a great "Attitude" and enjoy interacting with customers.

Requirements:

• Must physically be able to carry 50# frequently throughout the day.
• Job offer will be dependent upon persons ability to pass a functional capacity "physical"
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical, DOT Drug Screen and maintain a good driving record. Safety in ones work is highly important to the company and many of its customers while on their premises.

Route Sales will normally require a 40 to 45 hour work week. Monday - Friday. Pay is based on straight commission of product sold off route truck, Route Sales should expect to earn $30,000 a year plus. New customer growth brings a long-term pay raise to this position.
